We stand behind the trailers we sell. If your trailer does not meet the agreed description upon delivery, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to arrange a fair return and refund process.

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your motorcycle trailer purchase. We sell new and used motorcycle trailers, including both enclosed and open trailers. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please review our return and refund guidelines below

  •  Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their trailer at the time of pickup or delivery.

 

  • If your trailer is delivered and does not reasonably meet your expectations or differs from the agreed description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup to request a return.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:
• The trailer must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup notice
• The trailer must be in the same condition as when sold
• The trailer must not be damaged, altered, overloaded, or modified
• The trailer must not be titled, registered, or transferred into the buyer’s name
• All original paperwork must be returned (Title, MSO, Bill of Sale, or any provided documents)

All returned trailers are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Delivery Orders

For delivered trailers:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping or transportation costs unless the trailer was delivered in a condition materially different from what was advertised or agreed upon.
• If the trailer does not match its advertised description, we will coordinate return arrangements and issue a full refund.


Refund Processing


• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7business days after inspection
• Any third-party financing fees, processing fees, or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless required by law


Titles & Documentation

Some trailers are sold with a Title, while others are sold with a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) or Bill of Sale, depending on the unit and applicable regulations.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm registration and titling requirements in their state prior to purchase.

Used Trailer Disclaimer

Used trailers may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects we always mention all defects or damages on the trailer when advertising it. All trailers are sold in good working condition unless otherwise stated in writing. Or messages that’s why we encourage our customers to contact us on text that way our chat history can me used as reference incase any misunderstanding comes up
