This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to request warranty support.

 

1. Warranty Coverage for New Motorcycle Trailers. All new and used motorcycle trailers sold by PSL Circle Trailers, are covered by a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. 

Coverage Period

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase:

•  Structural frame: 12 months from the date of delivery

•  Factory-installed components (lights, wiring, coupler, suspension): 6–12 months depending on manufacturer specifications

Specific warranty terms may vary by trailer model and manufacturer. Any extended manufacturer warranty will be disclosed prior to purchase.

What Is Covered

The limited warranty covers:

 

• Structural defects in materials or workmanship

•  Manufacturing defects in factory-installed components

• Faulty wiring or lighting due to manufacturing issue

​Warranty Coverage for Used Motorcycle Trailers

Used trailers are sold in inspected condition.

Standard Used Trailer Coverage
• Used trailers may include a 30-day limited workmanship guarantee (if stated in your purchase agreement).
• Coverage applies only to major mechanical or structural issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale.

If a used trailer is sold “As-Is”, it will be clearly stated in writing or text  prior to purchase.

We believe in full transparency and will disclose known defects before sale.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint fading)
• Tire wear
• Damage caused by improper loading or overloading
• Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Modifications or alterations made after purchase
• Damage caused during transport arranged by the customer
• Routine maintenance items


3. Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the owner must:
• Use the trailer within recommended weight limits
• Perform routine maintenance
• Inspect lights, tires, and connections regularly
• Follow all safety and towing guidelines

Failure to maintain the trailer properly may void warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your trailer has a warranty-related issue:
1. Contact PSL Circle Trailers within the applicable warranty period.
2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
3. Submit clear photos and a description of the issue.
4. Do not perform repairs without written authorization.

Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Warranty Resolution Options

If a defect is confirmed under warranty, PSL Circle Trailers may:
• Repair the defective component
• Replace the defective component
• Provide replacement parts
• Offer repair reimbursement (if pre-approved)
• Replace the trailer 

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability

PSL Circle Trailers shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of use
• Towing fees
• Travel expenses
• Loss of income


7. Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranty coverage may be available for select new motorcycle trailers. If available, details will be provided at the time of purchase.
